A STEP BY STEP GUIDE
STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
The first step is a complementary 15 minute phone call. We'll get a general overview of your project and ask the following:
~Do you have a timeline or deadline you're aiming for?
~Do you have a budget in mind or is this something you need help creating?
We'll explain our process and services to determine how we can help. The next step is to schedule a Virtual Meet & Greet.
STEP 2: VIRTUAL MEET AND GREET
A complementary 30 minute slide presentation where we'll explain our 4 phase process and introduce you to the "LSD experience"
(no drugs involved but be prepared to relax and feel pampered!)
We'll review the different levels of services we offer and discuss which plan is best for you, your family, your timeline and your budget.
We'll explain our transparent, upfront pricing structure and how your project will be financially allocated and tracked.
With the financials out of the way, and if you're ready to move forward, its time to get creative and start designing!
STEP 3: QUESTIONNAIRE
A comprehensive 88 page client questionnaire is sent to learn everything we need to know about you and what you're wanting from us. We'll ask you to provide inspirational images.
Once we've reviewed your questionnaire, we'll schedule and collect the Initial Visit and Scope of Work presentation fee
STEP 4: Initial Visit
Initial On Site Visit (up to 2 hrs):
Photos and room measurements taken
Project deliverables discussed
SCOPE OF WORK Preparation
Designer establishes Scope of Work (SOW)
Calculate Design Fee per room
Estimate Procurement and Installation Fees
FINAL STEP: Scope of Work Presentation and Contract Review
SOW Presentation (up to 2 hrs)
Meet at design studio
Reveiw SOW by room
Review and sign Design Contract
